Does Moss listen to my child all the time?
No. Before a read, the microphone is off. It turns on only while your child is reading. The microphone is on only during a reading turn — never in the background.
What happens to my child’s voice?
Your child’s voice is used only to check the read — never for ads, never sold.
What ages is Moss for?
Moss is built for ages 4–9, and especially for anxious or sensory-sensitive readers — calm by design, with no timers, leaderboards, or shame.
Does Moss diagnose reading problems?
No. Moss Learning supports reading practice and confidence. It is not a diagnostic tool, dyslexia screener, speech-therapy service, medical product, or replacement for a teacher or reading specialist.
What if my child gets a word wrong?
